Chef Youn has been training and working as a sushi chef since emigrating to the US in 2003. His knife skills and attention to detail ensure your sushi experience will be satisfied with the freshest delicacies the ocean provides.
About Uni
Uni Vawser has worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years. It had been a life-long dream of hers to start her own business, and after years of hard work she’s accomplished just that. Her wish for Kazoku is that all her customers are treated as if they are family, giving them the best service and best quality food. She’s thankful for every customer that walks through those red doors, and each one is top priority.
